I have read the conditions printed overleaf for residing at the hostel and I agree to abide strictly by such rules and regulations together with any new rules that may be introduced subsequently by the hostel management committee. If I am found to have breached any specific rule by the hostel management committee, I agree to vacate the hostel on or before the date given by the committee.
